Swab partners are 1099 Individual janitors or small cleaning business owners. A partner unlike an employee is paid at a contract amount and is not paid by how many hours they work. A partner is seen as a business partner who is also responsible for the cleaning accounts needs and well being. Partners help with cleaning products, making sure all areas of a building are being addressed according to scope of work and contract frequency. Partners have no ceiling, you can get as many contracts as you and your team can handle.

That depends on how many accounts you will be able to responsibly take on. Partners can make more than $5,000+ a month.

For cleaning accounts we talk about the need of the client and the need of the supplies. If we need to help in the aiding of your supply needs we are here to help and can even ask the client to help with some supplies. Supplies are negotiable depending on account size and will be talked about during partner interviews.
